LET'S GET IN TOUCH!
. . .
NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SIX. This is the number of weeks we are given to raise our children. Now, don't get me wrong, some children don't run off to college or get married straight out of the gate at the age of 18; and therefore, we sometimes have more than just 936 weeks. But the way the story goes... we are given 936 weeks.
So, you are handed a jar that is filled with pennies; and quite heavy I might add... Each week you remove a penny from the jar, and as the time flies by (and trust me this happens faster than you think) the weight of that jar begins to change. Well of course it does, you're removing pennies. You would think the jar with less pennies would be lighter, but the funny thing about this jar is that the more pennies you remove, the heavier that jar becomes.
The jar becomes a visual representation of the time that has passed. You'll wonder if those pennies - those weeks - were spent in the best way possible. Teaching your children important lessons, giving them great memories to remember their childhood, and hoping you did a good job.
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." - Proverbs 22:6
The 936 Copper Pennies Collection is my salute to parenthood. It's a great starting point to capture your childs first year and those big milestone memories. Discovering fingers and toes, sitting, crawling, and standing. 52 pennies go quick, capture them and hold on to them forever. Your children will love to see how they were spent.
